Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure properties, and write quotes. This outside sales role requires travel to customers' homes 4–6 days per week across the Frisco metro area.

You'll work with provided leads, build on-site quotes, educate homeowners on materials and install processes, and hand off projects to the PM with clear notes. Top reps earn six figures with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver license and clean driving record is required.
• Willingness to travel to customer homes across the metro area.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated, organized, and punctual.
• Experience with CRM and basic spreadsheets preferred.
• Construction or home-improvement background is a plus.

Leads are provided. You're not cold-calling — homeowners requested a quote, and your job is to show up on time, build trust, and earn the project.

Top reps clear six figures in their second year. We coach hard but we also pay the people who close.

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area

• Reliable vehicle and a smartphone (we'll reimburse mileage)
