Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure properties, and write winning quotes. This outside sales role requires you to visit customers' homes 4–6 days a week and convert leads into signed projects.

You will work from provided leads, earn uncapped commissions, and participate in a paid training program. A reliable vehicle and clean driving record are required, and top performers can reach six figures.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle for commuting to multiple homeowner sites.
• Comfortable measuring with a tape and reading a property survey.
• Strong communication—written and spoken.
• Self-motivated and organized with good time management.
• Construction or home-improvement background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area.
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope.
• Build quotes on-site using our pricing tools (laptop/tablet).
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and the install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Handoff signed projects to the project manager with clean notes.

Top reps clear six figures in their second year. We coach hard but we also pay the people who close.
