Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to meet homeowners, measure properties, and prepare on-site quotes. This outside sales role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to manage a schedule with 4–6 appointments daily.

You will be trained in our pricing tools, receive leads, and advance signed projects to the project manager. Top performers earn six figures with uncapped commission and a clear path to sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle with valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area.
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope.
• Build quotes on-site using pricing tools (laptop/tablet).
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and the install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clean notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target and follow the company sales process.

We're looking for a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure their property, and write winning quotes. This is an outside sales role — you'll be at customers' homes 4–6 days a week.

Leads are provided. You're not cold-calling — homeowners requested a quote, and your job is to show up on time, build trust, and earn the project.

Top reps clear six figures in their second year. We coach hard but we also pay the people who close.
