Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments, measure properties, and write winning quotes. This is an outside sales role—you'll visit homeowners' homes 4–6 days a week with leads provided.

You’ll educate buyers on materials and the install process, then hand off signed projects to the team with clear notes. Top reps earn six figures in the second year; training and a structured path to advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to measure properties accurately.
• Comfortable with CRM systems and basic spreadsheets.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area.
• Measure properties and identify scope for quotes.
• Build on-site quotes using pricing tools.
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and install process.
• Follow up with prospects until decision.
• Hand off signed projects to project manager with notes.
• Meet monthly closing targets and learn the system.
