Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled homeowner appointments, measure properties, and write winning quotes. This is an outside sales role — you'll visit customers' homes 4–6 days a week. Leads are provided; you are not cold-calling.

Top reps clear six figures in their second year, and we coach hard while rewarding close results. You will measure accurately, build quotes on-site using our pricing tools, educate homeowners on materials and install

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and smartphone ownership required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable measuring with a tape and reading a property survey.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and on-time.
• Comfortable with a CRM and basic spreadsheets.
• Construction or home-improvement background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area.
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope.
• Build quotes on-site using pricing tools (laptop/tablet).
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clean notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target.
