Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to conduct pre-booked home appointments, measure properties, and deliver on-site quotes in the local area. You will educate homeowners on materials, styles, and the installation process, while building trust and closing deals.

You will work with leads provided, avoid cold-calling, and be responsible for handoffs to the project manager with precise notes. Expect a performance-based environment with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and the ability to educate homeowners about materials and install processes.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Self-motivated, organized, and punctual with the ability to manage calendars and notes.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area.
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope.
• Build quotes on-site using pricing tools.
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and install process.
• Follow up with prospects until a decision is made.
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clean notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target and learn the system.
