Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Fence Installer 1 to join a field team that supports customers by preparing jobsites, installing and removing fences per specifications, and maintaining a professional, safety-conscious presence on-site. The role emphasizes outdoor work in varying weather, with hands-on use of hand and power tools and adherence to strict site requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete operational paperwork (JHA's reports, truck inventory logs, site checklists, etc.) as directed.
• Take direction from Lead Fence Technician/Operations Manager.
• Assist in navigating to sites to ensure the crew arrives safely and expediently.
• Work in a safe and productive manner, remaining cognizant of site safety.
• Ensure workplaces and company vehicles are clean and free of hazards.
• Act in a professional manner with fellow employees and customers.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Description Summary

Position Objective: The Fence Installer 1 position is part of a dynamic team that are industry specialists trained to understand the security, accessibility, and image requirements of our customers. You will take directions to help prepare jobsites and use hand and power tools to prepare, remove and install all types of fences per spec requirements. As a field employee you are the face of the company and we rely on you to maintain a sense of professionalism and focus on customer service, even while under pressure to meet tight deadlines and strict security requirements. This is a physically demanding job that is mostly working outside in various weather conditions. Complete training will be provided for the successful candidate.

Base Pay Range: $18.99 - 27.30
