Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals in Henderson, NV seeks a Fence Installer 1 to join a field-based team delivering security and site access solutions. You will install, remove, and service fences per spec while representing the company professionally outdoors in varying weather.

You will complete safety and site paperwork, follow directions from the Lead Fence Technician, and help the crew reach sites efficiently. Training is provided, and benefits plus full-time hours support a reliable career.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own safety role for yourself and team members.
• Safely set up and take down fences and related products at customer sites.
• Complete paperwork (JHA reports, inventory logs, site checklists) as directed.
• Take direction from Lead Fence Technician/Operations Manager.
• Assist in navigating to sites to arrive safely and efficiently.
• Work safely and productively, aware of site hazards.
• Keep workplaces and vehicles clean and free of garbage and hazards.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct with customers and colleagues.

You will take directions to help prepare jobsites and use hand and power tools to prepare, remove and install all types of fences per spec requirements. As a field employee you are the face of the company and we rely on you to maintain a sense of professionalism and focus on customer service, even while under pressure to meet tight deadlines and strict security requirements. This is a physically demanding job that is mostly working outside in various weather conditions.
