Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Fence Installer in Georgia to join our field team. You’ll install, maintain, and dismantle temporary fencing at customer sites using hand and power tools, with a strong focus on safety and customer service.

This is a physically active outdoor role; training provided. This position offers full-time employment with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

• Physical stamina to perform heavy outdoor labor in various weather conditions.

• Clean driving record preferred; CMV check not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely install, maintain, and dismantle temporary fencing at customer sites.
• Accurately complete essential paperwork (JHAs, site checklists, logs).
• Partner with Lead Fence Technicians and Operations Managers to reach job sites.
• Maintain a clean, hazard‑free workplace and uphold safety protocols.

Complete training will be provided to set you up for success!What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)Field Installation: Safely set up, maintain, and dismantle temporary fencing and accessories at customer sites.Operational Accuracy: Accurately complete essential job paperwork (JHAs, site checklists, truck inventory logs).Team Leadership & Navigation: Partner with Lead Fence Technicians and Operations Managers to navigate safely and efficiently to job sites.Safety & Standards: Maintain a clean, hazard-free workplace and company vehicle while consistently upholding safety protocols.Professional Representation: Represent the company with a professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-first mindset.What You’ll Bring (Qualifications & Experience)Physical Stamina: Comfortable performing heavy outdoor labor in various weather conditions and physically handling panels weighing 50–80 lbs.Tool & Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with basic hand and power tools (drills, power washers, post drivers, banding equipment).Work Ethic & Drive: Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the motivation to get the job done right.Reliable Transportation: Dependable personal transportation to reach job sites daily.Bonus Qualifications (A Huge Plus!):Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record capable of passing a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) check (not required, but strongly preferred!).Experience operating a forklift or one-ton truck.Base Pay Range: $18.99 - 27.30Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
