Job summary

United Rentals is seeking a Fence Installation Driver for Reliable Onsite Services to deliver, install, remove, and repair temporary fencing equipment. You will provide safe, timely service and maintain clear communication with dispatch.

Responsibilities include performing pre-trip inspections, setting fence poles, coordinating with an associate, and ensuring customer satisfaction on site. A valid license and 1 year of truck experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 1 year of truck driving experience required.
• 2 years fencing or construction industry experience preferred.
• Diligent attention to safety and knowledge of safe driving procedures.
• Ability to locate and understand utility markings and follow underground utility safety guidance.
• Ability to operate a forklift (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Safely operate a fencing truck daily with proper load securement.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles.
• Set fence poles and install fence per customer specifications.
• Coordinate the work of the Fence Installation Associate and train on safety protocols.
• Provide onsite moves and pick-up/delivery of fencing as requested by customer.
• May operate forklift for loading/unloading and equipment moves.
• Assist with other Reliable OnSite Services rental equipment as needed.
