Job summary

United Rentals is seeking a Fence Installation Driver to deliver, install, remove, and repair temporary fencing while delivering exceptional customer service. You will work safely, communicate with dispatch, and ensure equipment is prepared for projects.

You will lead safety training for the Fence Installation Associate, coordinate with customers, and assist with forklift duties as needed. A valid license and forklift ability are required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalency.
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
1 year of truck driving experience required (CDL preferred).
DOT medical card must be obtained prior to commencing employment.
2 years fencing and/or construction industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
Safely operate a fencing truck daily and ensure load is secure.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles.
Prepare job site for fence installation and set fence poles.
Install, repair, and remove temporary fencing per customer specs.
Coordinate and train the Fence Installation Associate on safety and techniques.
Provide on-site moves and pickup/delivery of fencing as requested by customer.
Assist with other Reliable OnSite Services rental equipment offerings as needed.
