Job summary

United Rentals seeks a Fence Installation Driver for Reliable Onsite Services to deliver, install, remove, and repair temporary fencing equipment in a safe and timely manner. You will ensure proper load securement, conduct pre-trip inspections, and maintain clear communication with dispatch.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• 1 year of truck driving experience; CDL preferred.
• DOT medical card required before start.
• 2 years fencing/construction experience preferred.
• Safety-focused with knowledge of safe driving procedures.
• Ability to locate utility markings and work with underground safety requirements.
• Comfort with operating a forklift (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver, install, remove, and repair temporary fencing equipment safely and promptly.
• Follow safety guidelines and complete vehicle and tool inspections.
• Meet with customers to review fencing projects and provide updates.
• Set fence poles and install fencing per customer specifications.
• Coordinate and supervise Fence Installation Associate; train on safety protocols.
• Provide onsite moves and delivery/pickup of fencing as needed.
