Job summary

United Rentals is seeking a Fence Installation Driver for Reliable Onsite Services in the United States. You will deliver, install, remove, and repair temporary fencing with safety and courtesy, coordinating with dispatch to ensure timely installations.

The role requires a valid license, clean driving record, and a background in fencing/construction. Forklift experience and safety training are provided where needed, with weekend work possible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• DOT medical card required prior to start.
• 1 year of truck driving experience.
• 2 years fencing/construction experience preferred.
• Safety-focused with knowledge of safe driving procedures.
• Ability to operate a forklift (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Safely operate fencing truck daily and ensure load securement.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles.
• Inspect tools for safe operation and proper functioning.
• Prepare job site and coordinate with customer before installation.
• Set poles, install fence, and pull fence per specs.
• Supervise Fence Installation Associate and ensure progress.
• Provide on-site moves and fence material delivery as needed.
• May operate forklift for loading/unloading and equipment movement.
