Job summary

Palm Beach Country Club is seeking a Female Teaching Professional to join our team for the upcoming season. Our Teaching Professionals operate as independent contractors while playing an integral role in the overall golf operation and the member experience.

The successful candidate will run her own instruction business, schedule weekly Ladies’ Clinics, assist with Junior Clinics, and contribute to a high‑quality, member‑driven program.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as a Teaching Professional providing high‑level individual instruction.
• PGA/LPGA membership or equivalent credentials preferred.
• Experience running clinics for students of all playing abilities.
• Experience in a private club environment with emphasis on member relationships and personalized service.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to independently manage lesson scheduling, clinics, and other instructional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Individual Instruction (Members Only, No outside guests)
• Coordinate and Schedule weekly Ladies' Golf Clinics
• Engage with our Ladies Golf Program, being available to play with groups during events or Ladies' Golf Days
• Assist with Junior Golf Clinics held at the club during Holiday Periods (4 weeks in total)
• Team-player mentality that understands the culture and atmosphere of Palm Beach Country Club.

Palm Beach Country Club is seeking a Female Teaching Professional to join our team for the upcoming season. Our Teaching Professionals operate as independent contractors while playing an integral role in the overall golf operation and the member experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing their own individual instruction business while also taking an active role in the club's instructional programming. Responsibilities will include scheduling and coordinating weekly Ladies' Golf Clinics, as well as assisting with Junior Golf Clinics during holiday periods.

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about instruction and who understands the importance of building strong, lasting relationships with members. The ideal candidate will have experience providing high-level instruction in a private club environment, with an emphasis on player development, and member relations. Experience Required
