Starlink Care in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our residential group home team. This full-time, in-person role supports individuals with developmental disabilities with daily living activities, meal preparation, personal care, and community participation.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM. Candidates must have CPR/First Aid, fingerprint clearance, and an Arizona Driver's license.

Qualificações

• Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Article 9 certification is required.
• P.R.O.U.D certification is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Must successfully complete required training and onboarding.
• Must be able to work the Monday–Friday evening schedule.
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate, individualized care in a residential group home setting.
• Assist with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and other personal care needs.
• Support with meal preparation, household routines, and daily activities.
• Encourage independence, skill development, and community participation.
• Provide medication assistance or administration as authorized and in accordance with training and agency procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe living environment.
• Complete required daily documentation and report concerns to management.
• Follow individualized service plans, agency policies, and Arizona DDD requirements.
• Communicate professionally with team members and management to ensure continuity of care.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Experience in a group home, residential care, or direct support setting
• Familiarity with Arizona DDD services and person-centered care
