Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin’s Texas Development team seeks an experienced leader to manage the Endowment Services and Gift Compliance operations in Austin, Texas. You will supervise staff, coordinate with finance, legal, and advancement stakeholders, and guide strategic use of SPUR CRM for compliance and reporting.

You will work with Deans, CSU finance teams, and gift officers to optimize endowment utilization, donor stewardship, and program effectiveness, while shaping scalable processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Leadership and staff development experience.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a large institution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with advancement, financial, or compliance systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Endowment Services and Gift Compliance staff and plan duties.
• Advise Deans and gift officers on endowment compliance and usage.
• Participate in CRM implementation and ongoing development.
• Identify and implement tools to increase scalability and automation.
• Oversee endowment establishment, naming, and compliance processes.
