Job summary

Hamline University seeks an Edmonson Heim Education Fellows Program and Partnerships Coordinator to manage applications, awards, and program records. You will oversee internship partnerships, community events, and donor engagement while coordinating with School of Education leadership, Institutional Advancement, and Financial Aid.

The role focuses on expanding opportunities in educational equity and related focus areas, with reporting responsibilities to the Fellowship Director and collaboration

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to craft timely, cogent, professional communications.
Experience developing and implementing office procedures and protocols.
Experience handling confidential information and maintaining sensitive data.

Responsibilities

Oversee application and selection processes, ensuring criteria are met and records updated.
Coordinate with Advancement and Financial Aid on funding and disbursements.
Develop internship opportunities and promote Fellows’ engagement with conferences and events.
Maintain accurate program records, budgets, and student data; track progress and outcomes.
Assist in donor relations and annual reporting for the program.
