Job summary

Hamline University seeks a Program and Partnerships Coordinator to manage the Edmondson Heim Education Fellows Program from application through awards and records. You will work with School of Education leadership, Institutional Advancement and Financial Aid to grow the program and promote internship opportunities.

Responsibilities include coordinating partnerships, events, budgeting, and donor reporting to demonstrate impact and expand support for the Fellows.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating programs and awards processes.
• Ability to manage budgets and track expenditures.
• Strong donor relations and ability to communicate impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience organizing events and conferences for programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee application and selection process for the Edmondson Heim Education Fellows Program.
• Coordinate with School of Education leadership, Institutional Advancement and Financial Aid.
• Develop and promote internship partnerships and community events for Fellows.
• Maintain accurate records of applications, awards and student data.
• Prepare annual reports and support donor communications.
