Job summary

Opportunity 180 is seeking a Senior Manager of Fellowships to lead the Design to EdRupt (ODE) Fellowship and manage a multi-year, multi-phase fellowship portfolio in Nevada. You will develop leadership opportunities for educators, build a diverse pipeline of education leaders, and ensure fellowship programs drive measurable outcomes for students and families.

The role emphasizes equity, collaboration with district and nonprofit partners, and a strong focus on data-driven program improvements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in education, leadership development, program management, or related field.
• Experience managing fellowships or leadership development programs strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Programming & Execution for Design to EdRupt (ODE) Fellowship.
• Oversee Explore and Cultivate phases with high-quality programming and coaching.
• Manage recruitment and selection, developing a diverse cohort of fellows.
• Provide coaching and support to fellows launching new schools or programs.
• Monitor outcomes and refine program design to maximize impact.
