Job summary

The University of Chicago seeks a Fellowship Coordinator to provide coordination and administrative support for Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, Sleep Medicine, and Interventional Pulmonology fellowships in Chicago.

You will handle recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and evaluation processes, collaborate with education offices and GME, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards while managing data and correspondence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in a related role within an academic medical center is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coordinates fellowship recruitment.
• Coordinates onboarding/exit processes for ACGME and non-ACGME fellowship programs.
• Maintains information and databases to ensure fellows are up-to-date with mandatory trainings.
• Manages performance assessments for fellows and faculty in MedHub.
• Assists with budgeting and education program finances.
• Plans and coordinates annual fellow-related events.
