Job summary

Activate is seeking a Program Associate to support the fellowship department across education, operations, events, alumni engagement, and other priorities. A core focus is supporting our education programs, including Elements of Entrepreneurship and FLiPs, with logistics, data, and learning materials to help fellows build and scale their companies.

This is a full-time role reporting to the Chief of Staff, Fellowship, with opportunities to learn the strategy and operations behind a best-in-class

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in program coordination, operations, or administrative support.
• Comfort with data analysis, visualization, and presenting findings.
• Tech-savvy and open to using AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Fellowship education programming across all five U.S. communities.
• Support the planning and execution of the annual Fellowship Retreat.
• Build and maintain Fellowship resources, guides, templates, and learning materials.
• Manage the Chief Fellowship Officer's calendar and meetings.
• Maintain and analyze program data with simple analyses and visualizations.
• Support execution of Fellowship programs, events, and priorities.
• Tackle special projects and emerging priorities.
