Job summary

Activate Global in a remote, nationwide role is seeking a Fellowship Associate to support the Anywhere community. You will coordinate virtual and in-person programming, community events, and onboarding for Fellows.

Reporting to the Fellowship Manager, you will help with data management, communications with applicants, fellows, and visitors, and tracking fellowship requirements across our 5 communities.

• Experience managing data, calendars, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Activate Anywhere events, both virtual and in-person.
• Manage fellowship data and calendars for the national program.
• Assist with Fellow selection and onboarding processes.
• Support reporting to funders and external communications.
• Collaborate with Fellows and stakeholders to optimize fellowship operations.
