Align Social Impact is seeking a graduate student fellow to join the team for the Fall of 2026, beginning in September 2026 and ending in December 2026, as our Philanthropy, Partnerships & Programming Fellow. The ideal candidate must have strong communication, research, and writing skills and a background in campaigns, policy, and social impact. Our Winter, Summer, and Fall Fellowship programs are designed to mentor and support creative, enthusiastic individuals from diverse backgrounds with a passion for social impact strategy, campaigns, partnerships, communications, and implementation to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic, highly collaborative work environment.
We are looking for energetic, highly motivated individuals who want to become best‑in‑class social impact practitioners with relevant work or academic experience in the nonprofit, advocacy, policy, philanthropy, campaigns or partnerships space. Applicants should be currently pursuing a degree in a social impact‑related field and be eligible for an Internship/Fellowship. As a fellow, individuals will work on a range of client projects across disciplines and industries, and daily responsibilities may vary based on client and organizational needs.
The Fall Fellowship is 14 weeks, from mid‑September through to the end of December. This is a paid opportunity; candidates must be able to commit to 20 hours per week. The hybrid internship (80% remote, 20% in person) will take place in New York City. Therefore, the selected Fellow must reside within the state of New York.
