Job summary

You will work with the Senior Outreach & Program Manager and Deputy Director to handle recruitment, selection, orientation, and ongoing fellowship support.

The role suits someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, capable of building documentation and coordinating events, tracking KPIs, and helping programs run efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 1–3 years of professional experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with events and program operations

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, selection, and coalition-building activities
• Coordinate interviews and manage logistics for events
• Track KPIs and data for program evaluation
• Assist in orientation and fellowship support
