Job summary

ABFE is seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager to oversee the Gladys K. Washington Connecting Leaders Fellowship Program and related initiatives.

You will collaborate with the Conference and Convening Manager to ensure smooth planning, content alignment, and timely execution of events and webinars. The role requires strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills, with experience in nonprofit programs and a commitment to racial equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–6 years of nonprofit program management, administration, or coordination.
• Experience in philanthropy, racial equity, or mission-driven nonprofits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Gladys K. Washington Connecting Leaders Fellowship Program (CLFP) management and related activities.
• Partner with the Conference and Convening Manager to plan and execute the annual conference.
• Coordinate Call for Session process and content curation for programs and events.
• Serve as staff and speaker liaison for conferences, webinars, and ABFE programs.
• Support webinars, virtual and in-person events, and other learning opportunities.
• Prepare quarterly program reports highlighting activities, outcomes and engagement.
