Job summary

Valley Health System (New Jersey) is seeking a Fellowship Program Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for two fellowship training programs in Paramus. The role serves as the primary liaison among fellows, faculty, program leadership, and accrediting bodies.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 2–3 years of graduate medical education administration experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two to three years of experience in graduate medical education administration or a related academic healthcare administrative role.
  • Experience supporting residency or fellowship programs preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrative liaison between fellows, faculty, program leadership, and external accrediting bodies.
  • Support day-to-day program operations and ensure compliance with accreditation and institutional requirements.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, and ongoing fellowship activities.
  • Facilitate communications and scheduling across two fellowship training programs.
