Job summary

H-E-B invites you to a Fellows Internship in San Antonio, Texas. This 10-week program rotates interns through store operations, supply chain and corporate teams, building leadership and enterprise understanding with a path to a full-time offer after the junior year.

From May 24 to July 30, Fellows work in person at our San Antonio offices; housing support is available for qualified candidates. You’ll gain hands-on experience, coaching, and opportunities to network with senior leaders across

Serve Texans through community outreach opportunities.
Go behind-the-scenes to learn about supply chain, logistics and retail operations.
Collaborate with interns from universities nationwide.
