Job summary

H-E-B is offering a 10-week Store Operations Internship in Texas. You will be assigned to a store and learn the ins and outs of being a People Leader while working directly with Operations leaders who were interns themselves.

The program runs May 24th to July 30th and requires full-time in-person hours, including some night and weekend shifts. You will gain hands-on experience in financials, inventory, people planning, HR, and customer care while learning to manage multiple priorities and

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
• Willingness to learn and inquisitive by nature.
• Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn store operations from Operations leaders and run a project.
• Attend coaching, mentoring, and networking events across divisions.
