We Are Legal Revolution in Beverly Hills is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with FEHA focus. The role offers hands-on responsibility and opportunities to develop trial skills in a plaintiff-side practice.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of employment litigation experience, CA Bar admission, and strong research and writing skills; deposition experience welcomed. Hybrid work arrangement with growth potential and earnings tied to case percentage.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' Employment Litigation experience.
• Experience handling FEHA, discrimination and wrongful termination matters.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Active California Bar admission in good standing.
• Strong legal research, writing and advocacy skills.
• Plaintiff-side or defense-side Employment Litigation experience welcomed.

Responsabilités

• Manage plaintiff-side Employment Litigation matters involving FEHA, discrimination and wrongful termination claims.
• Draft pleadings, motions and substantive legal briefs.
• Manage written discovery and litigation strategy.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare matters for mediations, hearings and trial.
• Build strong client relationships throughout the litigation process.
