Pilgrim is hiring a Feed Mill Technician C for the 2nd shift in Smithton, MO. Starting pay is $21.35 per hour, reporting to the Feed Mill Manager. The role involves operating grinders, pellet mills, mixers and related equipment to produce compliant feeds while monitoring inventories and safety.

The position requires local residence around Smithton, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Overtime, weekend and holiday work may be necessary as production demands arise.

• Produce feeds meeting specifications and food safety requirements.
• Schedule production based on priorities and customer demands.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace through housekeeping tasks.
