The Equity is seeking a Feed Mill Production/Operations Technician for the 2nd shift in Illinois. You will operate mill equipment, manage ingredient inventories, and uphold quality and safety standards while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include maintaining GMPs, assisting customers, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; mill production and agriculture background preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with teamwork ability.

Responsibilities

• Operate feed mill equipment following safety policies.
• Maintain inventory of medications, supplements, and ingredients.
• Ensure quality standards and GMP compliance.
• Assist customers in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the mill.
• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management.
