Job summary

Perdue Foods is seeking a Feed Mill Maintenance Planner to lead planning and scheduling of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across our feed mill operations. You will leverage Maximo CMMS and data-driven insights to optimize maintenance strategies, improve asset reliability, and support safe, efficient production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in maintenance planning or supervision.
• Proven leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical competency equivalent to a Perdue Maintenance A Mechanic.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance work orders in alignment with industry best practices.
• Anticipate business needs by aligning maintenance plans with production schedules.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Utilize Maximo CMMS to create, prioritize, and manage work orders.
• Monitor key performance indicators including OEE and downtime.
• Support compliance with OSHA, EHS, and safety standards.
