Job summary

Perdue Foods in Lewiston Woodville, NC seeks a Maintenance Planner Lead to drive reliability and efficiency in our manufacturing environment. You will develop work packages, coordinate labor, materials, tools, permits, and resources, and create time-phased maintenance plans that support Reliability Excellence.

This role partners with maintenance, operations, and engineering to optimize strategies, improve work execution, and maintain data in SAP/Maximo.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• 6-8 years of experience in maintenance planning or related role.
• Specialized training or education (post-high school) in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain maintenance plans using Maximo and preventive maintenance data.
• Analyze maintenance data to improve planning and scheduling.
• Coordinate labor, materials, tools, permits, and resources for maintenance tasks.
• Lead weekly maintenance meetings and report on planning progress.
• Interface with Engineering, Operations, and Support teams on projects.
• Forecast costs and manage procurement for maintenance activities.
• Label new equipment and maintain equipment histories.
