Drive reliability, efficiency, and operational excellence across our manufacturing environment. As a Maintenance Planner Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring maintenance activities are planned, scheduled, and executed safely and effectively to maximize equipment performance and plant reliability. You will develop detailed work packages, coordinate labor, materials, tools, permits, and resources, and create time-phased maintenance plans that support Reliability Excellence processes. Partnering closely with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams, you will help optimize maintenance strategies, improve work execution, and maintain accurate equipment and job plan data. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented leader who enjoys solving complex challenges, collaborating across teams, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Schedule : 1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
College degree or equivalent experience.
6-8 years of experience.
Specialized training or education (post-high school) in maintenance.
When in a plant environment :
E xposure primarily consists of wet and moist floors, including metal and plastic grating surfaces.
May be exposed to temperatures of 28 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit with ambient conditions and up to 100% humidity.
May handle product temperatures from 25 degrees to 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
May be exposed to noise levels ranging from 50 dB to 110 dB.
May be exposed to dust, feathers, and chemicals used in a poultry food processing facility. Wear and use protective and safety equipment required for the job as directed by the Company.
May experience occasional exposure to carbon dioxide vapors up to 10 ppm and chlorine levels below 20 ppm.
Stand for several hours.
Lift up to 50 lbs., reach, bend, and push boxes on a conveyor assembly.
