Job summary

Perdue Farms in Maryland is seeking a Feed Mill Maintenance Planner to lead planning, scheduling, and coordination of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment performance and minimize downtime.

You will partner with Maintenance, Operations, Production, Procurement and Safety teams, leveraging Maximo CMMS and data insights to optimize maintenance strategies and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience.
• Demonstrated technical competency equivalent to a Perdue Maintenance A Mechanic.
• Proven leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance work orders efficiently.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Estimate labor hours and resource requirements.
• Utilize Maximo CMMS to create and manage work orders.
• Monitor KPI including OEE, throughput, downtime.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
