Cooper Farms in Union City, Ohio is hiring a 1st shift Feed Mill Production team member. No experience required; training provided. Starting wage is $19.80 per hour with an increase to $21.30 after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for long periods and climb ladders/stairs when necessary.
• Able to tolerate weather and dusty conditions.

Cooper Farms is hiring a 1st shift Feed Mill Production team member at our Union City Feed Mill in Union City, Ohio (Darke County). No experience is required. We provide all the training you need to succeed.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $19.80/hour
• Increase to $21.30/hour after 90 days
• Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)
• Schedule:
• Monday through Friday
• 6:00am-4:00pm

What You'll Do

• Maxime production while maintaining the highest quality feed
• Follow feed mixing procedures while following all safe food/safe feed guidelines
• Keep feed inventories accurate and properly rotated.
• Keep the feed mill clean and organized
• Complete all required paperwork

No Experience Required. Training Is Provided.
