Nutrius, LLC is seeking a Mill Operator in Hereford, TX for full-time night shift. The role involves operating a batch system to manufacture feed, maintaining production records, and supporting startup/shutdown activities while ensuring safe, efficient operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in an industrial setting, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 55 pounds. Prior feed/agriculture experience is a plus. OT may be required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent or equivalent work experience
• 1–2 years in a warehouse/industrial/production environment
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
• Previous feed/agricultural experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays and overtime

Responsabilidades

• Operate batch system to manufacture feed
• Maintain required documentation for all departments
• After training, operate process equipment including powered industrial vehicles
• Assist in start-up and shut down of operations
• Assist in troubleshooting processes and equipment and provide input for corrective actions
• Keep production area clean to OSHA standards and safe working conditions
• Climb ladders up to 100 feet for maintenance and inventory duties
• Perform quality checks including sampling inbound/outbound loads and production paperwork
• Handle other mill operation duties as assigned
