Qualifications

• Accurate data recording required.
• Operate scales and document ingredients accurately.
• Unload ingredients with appropriate equipment.
• Perform quality analysis on incoming ingredients.
• Lift and handle up to 60 lbs and use hand tools.
• Carry out minor maintenance using hand tools.
• Operate loading equipment and verify correct feed type.
• Direct drivers to designated loading areas per schedule.
• Organize tasks and adjust priorities throughout the day.
• Take feed bin inventory and maintain records.
• Able to work in hot, dusty, wet and cold environments.
• Ability to work holidays, weekends, and flexible hours.
• Follow safety procedures and Tyson Health protocols.
• Sign and adhere to biosecurity guidelines.
• Maintain good housekeeping in work areas.
• Communicate with Operations, Customers and Vendors as needed.
• Lift up to 60 lbs (100 lbs with assistance) and sustain activity.
• Stand, sit, walk, climb stairs and stay active all day.
