Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a production operator in Clarksville, AR to unload and wash trailers, monitor equipment, and drive yard trucks for outbound loads. Candidates must have at least 1 year of mechanical experience, be able to work shifts A–D, and pass a background/urinalysis check.

The role requires physical capability, adherence to safety rules, and ability to operate forklifts or skid-steer loaders with certification. Tyson offers standard benefits and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of mechanical/maintenance experience required.
• Must be willing to work multiple shifts A–D.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States and pass urinalysis.
• Must meet physical requirements with or without accommodation.
• Former Tyson team members require 180 days separation.
• Complete any pre-offer tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Unload and wash all trailers and reefers, monitor cookers and soap.
• Drive yard truck to transport trailers and reefers on the yard and load finish product.
• Check lubrication on machinery, perform PMs and inspections while following Tyson policies.
