Wayne Farms LLC in Fernwood, MS is seeking a Feed Mill Utility Associate to maintain cleanliness and safety in the feed mill and surrounding grounds. You will help with traffic flow, verify credentials for visitors and trucks, and assist in receiving feed ingredients while supporting emergency response when needed.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow detailed processes, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and extended shifts.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet MVR requirements.
• Ability to complete required logs and forms.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Follow daily housekeeping procedures in the Feed Mill and grounds maintenance.
• Control access of staff, visitors, and trucks entering the property; verify credentials.
• Review and log inspection paperwork for incoming and outgoing trucks; direct traffic.
• Assist with receiving duties of feed ingredients when required.
• Maintain safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
• Notify supervisor of any suspected quality or food safety event.
• Perform additional relevant duties as assigned.
