Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC is seeking a Feed Mill Utility Associate in Mississippi to maintain cleanliness, safety and order in the feed mill, assist with receiving feed ingredients, and manage visitor and truck traffic. You will follow documented safety and hygiene practices while supporting emergency protocols and daily operations.

The role requires ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Ability to complete required logs and forms.
• Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization, strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, irregular, and extended shift hours.
• Must be able to follow detailed processes.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily housekeeping procedures in the Feed Mill and conduct Feed Mill grounds maintenance.
• Control access of staff, visitors, and trucks entering the property; verify credentials and route trucks.
• Review and log inspection paperwork for incoming/outgoing trucks; direct traffic.
• Inspect and record inspections of Feed Mill equipment; report issues to appropriate personnel.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE in mandatory areas.
• Assist with receiving duties of feed ingredients when required.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
