Job summary

Perdue Foods is seeking a Feed Mill Maintenance Planner to drive reliability and continuous improvement across our feed mill operations. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance using Maximo CMMS, partnering with Maintenance, Operations, Production, Procurement, and Safety teams to optimize asset performance.

The role offers an annual salary of $85,000–$95,000 with a potential bonus based on performance, and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience.
• Technical competency equivalent to a Perdue Maintenance A Mechanic.
• Proven leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance work orders aligning labor, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate with production schedules and leadership priorities.
• Ensure optimal equipment functionality and cost control.
• Estimate labor hours and resource needs for maintenance.
• Communicate job scope clearly to maintenance teams.
• Use Maximo CMMS to create and manage work orders.
• Maintain asset histories and maintenance records.
• Track parts usage and inventory needs.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely parts availability.
• Support OSHA and EHS standards compliance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
