Job summary

Agfinity, Inc. is seeking a Feed Mill Customer Service Representative in Eaton, CO. You will handle orders, process invoices, and support shipping and inventory activities to ensure accurate production and delivery of feed.

You’ll answer calls, greet customers, and provide basic nutrition info while maintaining records with high accuracy. The role requires strong customer service, basic math, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general office procedures.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience or knowledge in agriculture, feed industry, or basic animal nutrition preferred.
• Typically 1–3 years of related customer service or office experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions, orders, and service needs.
• Greet walk-in customers in a courteous, welcoming manner.
• Provide basic feed and animal nutrition information; escalate technical questions when needed.
• Prepare accurate invoices and ensure supporting documentation accompanies each invoice.
• Review Plant Shipping Reports to support product traceability.
• Enter and update operational data with accuracy throughout the day.
• Maintain bagged-feed inventory records and support dispatch activities.
• Process bagged and bulk feed orders via walk-ins, phone, or email.
