Job summary

Agfinity is seeking a Feed Mill Operator - Mixer in Eaton, CO to operate the control room, mix ingredients and manage production sequencing. The role requires adherence to GMP standards and safety procedures while ensuring timely completion of pelleting, bagging and bulk loading.

The successful candidate will have prior feed mill or livestock experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong computer literacy. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the control room, mix ingredients, schedule and sequence production.
• Pelleting, bagging and bulk loading to complete orders.
• Monitor and order micro ingredients to keep production running.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and proper bin sheets.
• Collaborate with operations manager, mill lead operator and quality control.
