Job summary

Agfinity in Eaton, CO is seeking a Feed Mill Operator - Mixer to join our team. This full-time role operates the control room, mixes ingredients, and schedules production to meet quality and safety standards.

The position requires manual labor, the ability to lift up to 50 lb, and collaboration with the operations team to keep pelleting, bagging, and bulk loading on schedule. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and prior feed mill or livestock experience, GMP knowledge, and

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Prior feed mill and/or livestock experience.
Knowledge of GMP and general manufacturing practices.
Computer literacy with demonstrated mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

Operate control room, mix, and sequence production per quality and safety standards.
Maintain timely completion of orders through pelleting, bagging, and bulk loading.
Monitor ingredients, order micro ingredients, and manage bin sheets.
Keep downstream production productive and maintain a clean, safe work area.
Coordinate with operations manager and mill staff to ensure smooth production.
