Job summary

ALCIVIA is seeking a full-time Feed Manufacturing Operator for 1st shift at our Menomonie location. The role offers Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm and an hourly pay type. This position supports quality feed production and equipment maintenance.

You’ll mix, inspect, package, and load feed products, with opportunities to grow in a cooperative, safety-focused environment. Applicants should have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and physical ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous feed operator experience is preferred.
• Previous manufacturing/production experience is preferred.
• Agriculture background is a plus.
• Some computer and technology skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Self-directed and focuses on taking action.
• Ability to identify objectives and recommend the best solutions.
• Possess a strong set of core values and beliefs.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, inspect, package, and load animal feed related products for delivery to members.
• Mix feed products utilizing PLC automated batching system.
• Follow HACCP guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Bag and package feed.
• Scale and load feed trucks.
• Receive bulk ingredients.
• Maintain equipment and facilities.
• Take pride in cleaning the work area.
• Support cross-divisional collaboration whenever possible.
• Help out in other areas of the business as bandwidth allows.
• Other duties as assigned.
