DSM Nutritional Products is seeking a Production Operator for 1st shift in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will follow directions from leads to produce food ingredients, follow GMPs, and manage formulas for weighing, measuring, and mixing raw materials.

The role requires basic computer skills, forklift operation, and the ability to lift 50-80 pounds. PPE and safety are essential as part of a clean, controlled manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year production or food service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift 50-80 pounds.
• Must be able to climb stairs in production areas and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials.
• Package finished products.
• Operate forklift and material handling equipment.
• Clean machines and facilities.
• Report any food safety concerns to management.
• Assess raw materials for conformance and consistency.
