Belstra Milling Company in De Motte, IN is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused team member to help entry feed orders, answer questions, and coordinate with fulfillment and production to ensure timely delivery. You will respond to calls and emails, provide quotes, schedule shipments with logistics partners, and maintain accuracy and confidentiality while supporting the customer service team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Associate degree or relevant certificate preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Agriculture background preferred.

Responsabilités

• Receive customer orders via multiple channels.
• Respond to phone calls and emails about feed orders or quotes.
• Address customer issues and delays promptly.
• Enter orders into the company feed manufacturing system and organize delivery board.
• Maintain accuracy and honesty in all job functions.
• Lead the team in resolving complex customer issues.
• Support the customer service team.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Contact customers about feed issues or delays.
• Provide freight quotes through various shipping platforms.
• Coordinate shipments with outside logistics partners (UPS, LTL, FTL).

Belstra Milling Company is a world-class feed manufacturing facility. Belstra is searching for a self-motivated, reliable, detail-oriented individual to work closely with our customers to help overcome and resolve any product and service questions or concerns customers may have in the best way possible. This individual will also be responsible for entering feed orders, printing and cutting feed tags, communicating with both fulfillment and production about orders as well as contacting customers about order updates and delays when needed. Job Duties and Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

• Receiving customer orders through various communication platforms
• Promptly respond to phone calls and emails regarding feed orders, feed questions, potential new customers, delivery quotes, etc.
• Address any customer inconveniences
• Correctly enter orders into a company-specific feed manufacturing program such as Feed Mill Manager and organize the delivery board to assist BMC Transport
• Maintaining accuracy and honesty in job functions
• Leads team in handling complex customer issues
• Provide support to customer service team
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Contact customers with any feed issues or delays
• Provide freight quotes through multiple shipping platforms
• Work with outside logistics companies to schedule customers shipments such as UPS, LTLs, FTLs

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Relevant certificate or Associate degree preferred, but not required
