Financial Operations Associate

Join a growing financial services team supporting account maintenance, transaction processing, customer inquiries, and operational support functions. This is a great opportunity for candidates with banking, financial services, customer service, administrative, or operations experience.

What You'll Do

• Process financial forms, documents, and account updates

• Support clients and internal partners via phone and email

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

• Research and resolve account-related issues

• Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance in daily tasks

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service, administrative, banking, or financial services experience

• Strong attention to detail and data entry skills

• Comfortable handling phone and email communication

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

• Ability to multitask and learn new systems quickly

Preferred

• Banking, brokerage, retirement services, or financial operations experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
