TEKsystems is seeking a Cash Management Associate in a hybrid role based in Saint Petersburg, FL. You will serve as the liaison between branches and the Home Office in a busy call center, handling accounts, transactions, and money movement while enforcing policies and compliance.

This role requires 1–2 years in financial services and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities including processing disbursements, wires, and ACH transactions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in banking, wealth management, brokerage operations or financial services.
• Experience handling accounts, transactions, disbursements, wires, ACH etc.
• Noted experience with attention to detail.
• Noted experience working in a fast paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient with word processing, database, spreadsheet and email tools.

Cash Management Associate

Hybrid role in St Petersburg, FL, Southfield, MI or Memphis, TN

Description:

Serves as the agent between Branches and the Home Office in call center environment. Reviews, updates, maintains, and services accounts. Protects the Firm, Financial Advisor (FAs), and the client by enforcing collection procedures, policies, regulations, and monitoring activity in accounts, while providing superior service. Department needs assistance for year-end volumes including working through Money Movement requests and related items.

Skills:

• 1-2 years in banking, wealth management, brokerage operations or financial services
• Experience handling accounts, transactions, disbursements, wires, ACH etc.
• Noted experience with attention to detail
• Noted experience working in a fast paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Relevant word processing, database, spreadsheet, and e-mail computer applications to create and/or edit documents, reports, and correspondence

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Petersburg, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
